Linda Lee Mellish was raised on a western Pennsylvania farm by parents who survived
the Great Depression.The concept of saving and preserving architectural salvage resources was deeply
ingrained in her character by experience. Linda moved to Philadelphia, PA. after
completing college. After working as a social worker in the Philadelphia, PA
area during the 1970's, she carried her personal philosophy of independence and
resourcefulness through to her 20-year career as a carpenter.
Lara Kelly is no stranger to finding architectual salvage and putting them to use. She spent over ten years working as an art department manager for Hollywood films. Among the many films she worked on are "12 Monkeys", "Quiz Show", and "Philadelphia." Her job required locating outdated, hard to find building materials and props while pleasing demanding art directors and managing million-dollar budgets.

From the North
Take 95 South to the Allegheny exit.
At the bottom of the ramp make a right on to Allegheny.
Pass Richmond St to Edgemont make a left on Edgemont.
Go 2 stop signs to Elkhart make a right on Elkhart.
Its 1 block to Thompson.
The store is on the the Northeast corner of Elkhart and Thompson.
From the South
Take 95 North to the Girard St exit.
As you exit get to the far right and follow the sign for Richmond St.
Stay on Richmond for approximately 1 mile. As you go under the 95 overpass you will come up on Ann Street make a left on to Ann.
Go 3 blocks to Thompson make a right on Thompson.
ReStore is 1.5 blocks up on the left.
Public Transportation
Take the El Eastbound to the Girard stop.
Switch to the 15 bus (or trolley) Eastbound to Indiana.
Walk away from 95 to the playground at the corner of Indiana and Thompson St.
Make a right on to Thompson go a 1/2 block to ReStore on the left.
